The majority of professionals are not trained in career planning, current resume writing techniques, follow-up and maintenance. Why? Most find it difficult to write about themselves and/or its only done when needed. Complicating the career planning and job search process, technology used by hiring managers today apply more screening and scrutiny through autonomous-automation and use of visible social media channels. In short, the process and rules have changed in how one is selected for an interview. While the purpose of a Resume remains the same, keeping it current, unique, personable and interesting can be challenging. I offer a personal-touch to get noticed above the crowd.
