No organization can do it all. Many companies compensate by focusing on their core business issues using internal staff expertise. When they require something done outside their strength, or have a unique problem or situation, they will look outside for support.
This is where I can step in. Based on hundreds of experiences (good and bad) in complex sales situations, large project rollouts, strategic initiatives, and tactical operations, my specialty is to listen and understand each situation in order to offer intelligent recommendations to implement and execute.
