Step 1 will evaluate your career history and path to understand your objectives:  
 
a) Where would you like to go?  
 
b) What type of organization or industry are you interested in?  
 
c) Why do you feel you can help a company be successful?
 
Its important that you have really thought about all of your experiences, past and current,  in order to steer your career in the right direction to the future.
 
 

DIRECT DIALOG

 

Step 2 continues the conversation to clearly understand your strengths, background, and accomplishments. 
 
Sometimes this is the hardest area to complete.
 
Many people underestimate what they have done and overlook how important it is to place in their career planning.
 
My job is to literally pull out ALL positive attributes and characteristics that help to articulate and document the best options.
 
 
 

IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES

 

Step 3 will formulate, develop, and present a 1st draft of a career profile and value-proposition for your approval.

 

This serves four areas:

1) its your career path, I help  you to see it clearly, but you have to own it;

 

2)  to help the hiring manager visualize YOU, and your strenghts;

 

3) to target the industry that is right for you to pursue;

 

4) to deliver YOUR value..ie social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Plaxo, or industry groups to be involved in.
